Executiveexternal Heating & Air is a referral service. We connect homeowners across the California area with independent local providers. If you run an HVAC business, our network can send you calls from people who are ready to talk about AC repair, installation and replacement, or furnace repair.

This is not a job posting. We do not hire employees or technicians. We work with independent businesses.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who serve homeowners well. That usually means:

• A local HVAC business serving California or nearby towns
• Experience with older homes, basements and mixed housing types
• Skill with cooling, heating, or both
• A habit of answering calls and returning messages
• Respect for a family's schedule

What We Expect

Homeowners are busy. They want clear answers and fewer surprises. Providers in the network are expected to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your area requires
• Give honest written quotes
• Explain repair and replacement choices in plain words
• Show up in the window you agree on, or give notice if plans change
• Avoid pressure and make no promises you cannot keep

You stay independent. You set your own prices, schedule and service area.

How Referrals Work for Providers

Homeowners send a request or place a call. We route it to a provider that serves their area. The fees and terms for receiving referrals are shared before you join, so you can decide if it fits your business.
